This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how Megharsh Soft LLP handles cancellations and refunds for our software consultation and development services, including web and mobile app development.

This policy applies to all services provided by Megharsh Soft LLP, including consulting, custom software development, website development, and mobile application development unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

2. Definitions

  • Client: The individual or company purchasing services from Megharsh Soft LLP.
  • Services: Any work performed by Megharsh Soft LLP as agreed in a proposal, statement of work, or contract.

3. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by contacting us at info@megharsh.com. Cancellation requests should be made in writing.

When a project is cancelled, fees for work already completed, third-party costs incurred (licenses, subscriptions, hosting, etc.), and any non-recoverable expenses will be deducted from any refundable amount.

4. Cancellation by Megharsh Soft LLP

We may cancel or suspend services if a client materially breaches the terms of the contract, fails to provide required information, or does not make agreed payments. In such cases, any prepaid fees for future work will be evaluated for refund on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered only for prepaid services that have not been delivered.
  • Work that has already started or milestones delivered is typically non-refundable beyond costs and time spent.
  • Refunds do not cover third-party costs that are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email info@megharsh.com with your contract details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.

7. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Non-refundable Items

  • Work already completed and accepted by the client.
  • Costs for third-party services or licenses that are non-refundable.
  • Custom work delivered to the client without returnable materials.

9. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of Megharsh Soft LLP in extraordinary circumstances. Any such exception must be documented in writing and approved by an authorized representative.
